A turnkey catering project for the CSIR in Pretoria, covering both the back-of-house kitchen and the front-of-house servery.

The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel cooking line under an extraction canopy, undercounter refrigeration and mobile tray racks. In the dining hall, a long servery with printed, illuminated counter fronts and upright display fridges completes the space.
